A’Tuin

Carlo Bechtel founded the band A'Tuin in 2024. Together with the outstanding musicians Lucien Palak (alto saxophone/flute), João Arrobas Rodrigues (piano/synthesizer), Lucyann Ceballos (electric bass) and Damien Kuntz (drums), Carlo brings his own music to the stage. The musicians in the quintet are active in the Swiss jazz scene and have already performed with various formations throughout Switzerland and other parts of Europe and the world.

The band members of A'Tuin have their roots in different countries of the world, from Morocco to Puerto Rico, Portugal and France to Switzerland.
With A'Tuin, the line-up aims to build a bridge between jazz and modern music . When making music together, the band incorporates the different
artistic backgrounds and musical ideas of the musicians into the music. As a result, the music is always creative and varied.

A'Tuin offers the audience groovy, danceable music and thus also wants to inspire a younger audience for jazz.
